At Ripa Ripa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, sellable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
